St. Patrick's Day Recipes

We're sure you've got your corned beef and cabbage all ready to go for dinner tonight but don't forget the dairy! These two creamy, delicious drinks will keep your day full of the spirit of St. Patrick's Day.

 

Make at Home Shamrock Shake

  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • ½ cup milk
  • Green Food Coloring
  • ½-1 teaspoon Mint extract
  • Whipped Cream (optional)
  1. Place ice cream, milk, green food coloring, and mint extract into a blender.
  2. Blend until desired consistency.
  3. Pour contents into glass and top with whipped cream.
  4. Enjoy!

 

Green Smoothie

  • 1 – 6 oz container yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 banana
  • 1/3 cup of milk
  1. Place all ingredients into a blender.
  2. Blend until desired consistency.
  3. Pour contents into glass.
  4. Enjoy!
