And in case of emergency – when you don’t even have time to prep – there are still plenty of dairy foods that you can pull right from the fridge as you run out the door like string cheese and cheese sticks, cottage cheese (add fruit for more flavor!), yogurt (Greek yogurt for more protein) and cream cheese (with bagels).
